SF Health and Fitness is a personal training business based in Birmingham in the West Midlands. Our aim is to help people achieve their true potential by becoming fitter, healthier and happier.
We use various training methods in our work, using weightlifting, high intensity cardio, Kettlebells, crossfit, core strength exercises and various other training disciplines to help build peoples confidence. It’s extremely satisfying to see the look on someone’s face the first time they hit 10 press ups, or the first time they Snatch weight properly.
We pride ourselves on being professional and educated, we research and we constantly aim to improve our service, meaning we can help our members reach their goals more efficiently.
The aim of this blog is to promote educatiwhen the area if fitness and well being, not to post workouts or to give tips on how to bench press.
